Notice.studio change their LTD users chagrging model to subscription

If your main work or business relies on LTD, you must have a backup plan. Another Appsumo LTD has changed its charging model from LTD to paid subscription.

Here are the email from the notice.studio. They didn’t even dare to write their company or website name in the email.

Hello Sumolings,

As many of you know, Notice hasn’t achieved the success we had hoped for and has been in maintenance mode for over a year.

Unfortunately, the platform still operates at a loss due to ongoing infrastructure costs. On top of that, we’ve seen widespread abuse of AppSumo LTDs, with many accounts being resold—something that clearly violates our policy.

With limited resources, we’re unable to investigate each case individually. Without a quick solution, we risk having to shut down the company—at the expense of the loyal users who still rely on the service.

I’m genuinely sorry we’ve had to make this decision. If the company were in a more sustainable position, I would have let things continue as they were. AppSumo users have always been incredibly valuable—offering early support, helpful feedback, and spreading the word—and we truly appreciate that.

After more than two years of honoring the original deal, we’re now asking AppSumo users who wish to continue using Notice to move to a paid subscription. We know this isn’t ideal, but we believe it’s a better option than shutting everything down.

To help with the transition, we’re offering 50% off any plan using the code APPSUMO50.

Thank you for your understanding,
Quentin
